Responsibilities

  • Strengthening 4-H youth leadership development activities at the county, regional and state levels, and advancing the capacity of Extension professionals to develop and deliver high quality educational programs in the area of leadership.
  • My research focuses on modes and methods of attaining leadership skills and the evaluation of leadership training environments to ensure the transfer of leadership skills to practical, real life experiences.
