2007 Make-It-Yourself-With-Wool

Share Your Talent!

Do you enjoy sewing, crocheting, knitting, or weaving? If so, why not show everyone your talent by entering the 2006 Pennsylvania "Make It Yourself With Wool" competition.

The contest will be held on Saturday, October 20, 2007, at the Factory Shops at Georgian Place, Room 507, Somerset, PA.

The entry deadline date is September 15, 2007. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Everyone Can Participate:

• Preteens - 12 and under
• Juniors - 13 - 16
• Seniors - 17 - 24
• Adults - 25 and older
• Made for Others - Any age
  (Both Contestant & Model)

Tentative Schedule:

Registration - 9:00 a.m.
Judging - 9:30 - ??
Practice for Show
Lunch - Noon
Fashion Show & Presentation of Awards - 1:00 - ??
Photograph Session Following Awards

How to Enter:

1. Fill out National Entry Form. Mail complete form, entry fee, and wool samples (2 - 5" x 5") (1 - State and 1 - National) to Virginia Rhoads (see address below).
2. Include with the entry the following information on a separate sheet.:
   • Name, address, and e-mail
   • COMMENTARY to be used for fashion style show. (May be e-mailed to: daveandjodell@cs.com. One commentary per e-mail, PLEASE!)

All entries must be postmarked by September 15, 2007. They must be complete (including commentary). Entries that are not complete will be disqualified!! If commentary is e-mailed, it must be dated before September 15. A late entry postmarked up to September 25, 2007, will be accepted with a $5.00 charge.
