Generation Celebration Score Sheet
Score Sheet for Judging Generation Celebration Projects and Records
The following is a score sheet designed to evaluate the member's progress in intergenerational activities as outlined in the Generation Celebration project. It's use by counties is optional.
- A relationship has been established with an adult(s) at least two generations older than the member
20 points
- A variety of activities have been completed relevant to the age of the member and the number of years the member has taken the project
20 points
- The member demonstrates knowledge and skills about relationships gained in this project. This includes sensitivity to the needs of others and favorable attitudes about relationships with older persons
20 points
- Member has learned some things about him or herself. This may include: Reactions or feelings the member may have or developed in the course of the relationship, interesting aspects of personal or family history from the older person, and/or show increase in self-esteem as a result of the relationship they developed with the older person
20 points
- Activity reports in the project guide are complete and neatly entered
