PA 2008 State 4-H Fashion Revue Schedule

Tuesday, August 5 P.M.

6:45 - 7:15 p.m. (only)
Eisenhower Auditorium, stage door
Drop off State Fashion Revue garments.
(Optional, as you may bring them the next morning, if you choose.)
No talent show garments, please.

Wednesday, August 6 A.M.

7:30 a.m. sharp
Eisenhower Auditorium
Enter the lobby to receive name tags.
Note: Doors will be open as soon as possible after 7:00 a.m., should you need extra time to dress.

7:30 a.m.
Dress for walk through and judging
Women downstairs (2 rooms: 1-30 & 31-60)
Men upstairs in Room B

7:40 a.m. Orientation of 4-H fashion revue participants. Line up next to stage in number order (1-60). Teen narrators meet with committee in the lobby.

7:55 a.m. "Walk through" - Judges and narrators view participants

8:10 a.m. to lunch Narrators practice in Eisenhower Auditorium

8:10 - 12:30 a.m. Morning schedule (Participants will have contestant numbers 1-60, see below.)

All participants must be in full outfit with accessories for "Walk through," judging, staging, and practice rehearsal. It is your choice to change. However, you must be ready at the appropriate times.

12:30 - 1:30 p.m. Lunch - room B22 near downstairs dressing rooms

1:30 p.m. Practice rehearsal with narrations

3:30 p.m. Dismissal

5:00 p.m. Dinner - dorm dining hall (See your agent about meal tickets in advance.)

7:15 - 7:30 p.m.
Return to Eisenhower Auditorium (use stage door entrance, north side
Dress for fashion show
Complete evaluation of fashion revue

7:45 p.m. Line-up backstage (listen for stage call)

8:00 p.m. Fashion revue (event time may change)
Announcement of honors group

9:30 p.m. Change clothes right after performance.
Participant evaluations must be turned in before leaving Eisenhower Auditorium
Forms will be available during break and lunch
Make sure dressing rooms are clean before you leave!

10:00 p.m. State Fashion Revue Committee evaluation meeting in dressing room C

Thursday, August 7 A.M.

8:00 a.m. Honors group come in stage door and dress in outfits. (Check to see if you are to come to Eisenhower or Schwab Auditorium.)

9:00 - 11:00 a.m. Recognition assembly, honors group presented (wear your outfit)
Keep garment on until presentation at awards ceremony.
Return to dressing room to change to travel home.
