return to Jan Scholl by July 10, 2008 at 5:00
p.m. Please make a duplicate for your records. Be sure your
secretary has access to this form if you are leaving on vacation after the
regional revue or will be out of the office for a few days.
NOTE: This form does not take the place of county registration.
All 4-H members must be registered with their counties. Each county
must check to see that the 4-H'er is registered in the
correct contest.
