This evaluation is to be used to evaluate 4-H foods materials, bread lessons, 
etc.  Use one form for all of the projects or one form for each project, but 
be sure to identify your comments with a specific project or group of 
projects.

16802-2601.  Volunteers, 4-H leaders, and 4-H members will receive a small 
gift to cover postage.  (One gift limit per reviewer for how many you are able 
to review.)  Thanks for your assistance!


Note:  Because the projects for review are on PENpages, there are no pictures 
in any of the documents.  There will, however, be pictures in the project 
manuals!
